A N I S H A   C H A N D Y

Anisha Chandy is the creative force behind Anisha Chandy Design Studio, a Bangalore-based design company where aesthetics meet functionality. Her passion for interior, landscape, and furniture design was kindled during her time at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore, where she honed her skills and developed a unique design aesthetic. With 12 years of experience across Singapore and India including Bangalore, Mumbai and Chennai, Anisha is known for her ability to blend contemporary styles with traditional elements to create spaces that are both functional and visually stunning.

Her work has caught the eye of many, earning her features in top publications like Elle Decor and the Little Black Book. But Anisha’s creativity doesn’t stop at design- she’s also a talented musician with a love for classical and acappella music. Her passion for world music has taken her on a multilingual journey of performance since the age of 12. Along the way, she’s had the incredible opportunity to work with industry legends like A.R. Rahman, Ilaiyaraaja, Usha Uthup, and many more.

Anisha Chandy Design Studio, born in 2020, has blossomed into a vibrant collective of talented and curious interior, landscape, and furniture designers based in Bangalore. The team thrives on creativity and collaboration, always aiming to create spaces that marry functionality and aesthetic. To achieve this, we design custom furniture and products that support both form and function. Sustainability as much as we can, is at the core of our approach we consciously recycle construction waste and repurpose existing elements from our clients' homes whenever possible. A growing focus for our studio is the integration of green spaces, reflecting our love for green, and commitment to help the people we design for live fresher. 

Our workday wouldn’t be the same without our 4 PM chai break—a daily dose of deliciousness that sparks our creativity. And let’s not forget Pepper, our office sidekick, who keeps the good vibes rolling and the smiles coming.
